We understand what a pre-revenue business needs, and how that changes once you're scaling.

Financial Admin, Handled for You

Early-stage founders often spend hours on financial admin they never planned for. Incorporation, GST/HST returns, payroll remittances and annual filings all take time away from the product. As your start up accountants, we manage the financial side end to end, so your numbers are ready whenever you need them to make a decision.

FAQs

The questions that decide it.

You don't buy all of this on day one. You start where you are, and we're already there for the next stage. Each one makes the next one possible.

Should we incorporate federally or provincially?

Federal incorporation lets you use your name across Canada, but you still need to register in each province where you operate, and federal corporations must meet a Canadian-resident director requirement. Provincial incorporation suits businesses operating mainly in one province, and some provinces have no director residency rule. We help you choose based on where you'll operate and who your directors are.
