WHY CHOOSE US

Why Contractors Choose Anytime Accountant

Specialist Construction Bookkeepers

Specialist Construction Bookkeepers

We track profitability by job, the way the construction industry really operates.

Progress Billings vs Work Completed

Progress billings don't always match the work completed at month end. If billing runs ahead, a job looks more profitable than it is. If it falls behind, or holdbacks are mixed in with regular receivables, a profitable job can look like a loss. Our accounting for contractors tracks costs, billings and holdbacks separately by project, so you know which jobs to bid again.

FAQs

The questions that decide it.

You don't buy all of this on day one. You start where you are, and we're already there for the next stage. Each one makes the next one possible.

Do we need to file T5018 slips?

If construction is your main business activity and you pay subcontractors for construction services, you generally need to report those payments to the CRA on T5018 slips. We prepare them from your books, so the amounts match what you paid.
